Sakara Nootropic Chocolates w/ L-Theanine, Lion's Mane & Gotu Kola for Brain Boost 30ct

I actually am having a hard time rating the efficacy of this product, since it arrived with all of the chocolates melted into a solid mass on the side of the jar. A solid mass, not a soft sludge, so the melt did not occur while it was sitting on my porch on a mild spring day in Seattle, but at some earlier point in the shipping. Not strictly Sakara’s fault, and perhaps the product works brilliantly, but so far shaving off little slivers to try it is proving difficult and inaccurate in terms of dosing.

Excellent taste and better yet, excellent results. This keeps me focused and energized without the caffeine jitters, making public speaking a breeze. Also, I am very happy this comes in a glass jar, and not plastic. I’m a repeat customer and this has become a daily routine.

I feel like my focus and alertness are improved. I take one a day, about mid to late morning each day. This is is not your regular chocolate so do not expect to eat one and have it taste like milk chocolate. This is a good for you chocolate so it is not loaded with sugar.

I like to take one in the morning to help keep me focused on my work. I'm in front of the computer daily and this helps me take less mental breaks and concentrate on my work for a longer period of time.

They taste good but I didn’t notice any actual difference in how I felt.

I'm not even sure if these work because the taste is horrible. Maybe change the taste and make it better then you will get better reviews. I really don't like giving bad reviews.

The idea of a chocolate that promotes brain power in the middle of the day is certainly enticing. I tried them for the full month. I don't have an issue with the taste, but I can't honestly say that I felt any different and - at $1.50 a bite - that's a pretty expensive trial. I certainly wouldn't buy them again.
