It’s very pretty. The set up was straightforward after reading instructions, but there were defects throughout the product.

Our Business is right next to driver license here in Florida city FL and people keep standing in front of the door we keep hitting them to be able to get out so we place two and two and nailed them down to the floor and it works great!

These are good quality Stanchions. We purchased them for an entry into our County Courthouse. If I had a complaint (one that I think I can cure at some point), it would be that the tension on the ribbons inside the retraction mechanism is a bit too taught. Once pulled, it begins to topple over at near the maximum 7'; going past 6' brings the stanchions down. Especially if they are bumped into. IF there were to be a "stanchion ribbon clip" (I think I just invented something) that would clip to the stanchion end at the point the ribbon is pulled as far out as needed, it would prevent the tension from tipping it forward. Just a thought. -Tim

They arrived next day during the COVID-19 emergency so that we could keep customers 6 feet back from our front desks. They arrived in sturdy packaging and were easy to assemble and are working wonderfully! The only downside is we cannot figure out at all how to attach the sign to the post, and they are crooked at times and need to be pushed back down.

I purchased this item in December 2022. I’m just opening it and come to find, the freaking sign holder is missing.

Bought these to... make people stand in line! Set up was pretty easy and 6 bases at first seemed like a lot but once deployed I quickly wished I had another 2 bases and that the belt was longer. The last 12 inches when you pull out the belt is so tight that it will pull itself over and the base its attached too. That part is pretty annoying since the belts already don't feel long enough. You can use a clip of some kind to keep the belt from retracting back in so you get the full length but then your lines get saggy and drunk people will mess it all up. Other than that everything works pretty well. The little stand to put fliers/promo materials in looks nice with all your info in their so thats dope. Depending on your situation this set may be perfect for you.

Great service from the seller. The signs on top of these stanchions were slightly bent - I contacted them and received new ones quickly. These are very nice, heavy duty, seem as if they will last for a long time. The belts retract well and hook on easily. I expect to get a lot of use out of these!
