Works just as designed
I cooked 2 large bulbs of garlic in it as per directions. I could’ve probably fit 1 or maybe 2 more bulbs. It’s a very good size. Came packaged very nicely. Would highly recommend.

Excellent way to eat more garlic!
I have the one that is "flatter" of the two on the picture. It fits 3-5 bulbs with tops cropped off, depending on the bulb size. I add olive oil to the bottom, and baste a couple of times through the cooking process. Fantastic results, and I am glad this one bakes more than just one bulb!It is easy to wash, I do not put it in dishwasher - just a quick soak, and everything comes off nicely.Enjoy it, too. The price is quite fare for the great working and attractive product.

These work....
.....incredibly well. The first time I used one, I baked a bulb for a batch of spaghetti. When it came out of the oven, I decided to try a clove. Well I ended up just munching the whole bulb's worth of cloves and had to bake a second one for the sauce. I bought this particular one as it holds up to three cloves. I am not at all disappointed with this one.I did however, also buy one made of cast iron and that one works even better. It takes longer to preheat (in fact, you don't preheat for this one) and you turn down the heat after a certain amount of time. So, the cast iron ones are a bit more complicated to use, are heavy and more expensive, but it you can find one and are a garlic connoisseur like I am, I'd recommend that.That being said, this one works fine and is perfect for family use, being able to bake three at a time.PS. Try experimenting with spices.

Brilliant
This is brilliant for roasting garlic but it is also brilliant for keeping tortillas soft and warm after making. I’m very pleased with this purchase, even though my first order arrived broken. The company replaced it quickly

It roasts garlic easily
I didn't know what to expect from this terracotta garlic roaster since I've never used one. The directions were simple to follow, and the results were amazing. I made garlic butter, and it was delicious!
