This bra fit true to size. Very helpful with the drop and fluff of new implants.

Page recommended I go up a size and I wanted it loose, so I went up two. I ended with 44c and I can tell you they made it wider, but not longer. I needed the length support, but it doesn't come down much farther than a normal bra. It could, if the extra strap actually had the velcro sewed on to both ends. It was difficult to find something in this size so I'm going to finish sewing it myself and keep it. But I would not recommend anyone else buy it unless like me, you need a larger size and can't find any other one.

I had a double mastectomy and purchased this item, and have found it to do the job for the compression needed. The material is a little scratchy but not too badly. This is a good deal for this item price-wise as it does the trick. I actually bought a second one.

I initially purchased this bra in a small and returned it for a Medium. After my surgery I could have gotten a large. I love the strap that lays directly across the chest. It provides the perfect support needed to keep the breasts from moving.

This product is cheaply made. It's itchy and uncomfortable. So dissapointed!

Very flimsy and very thin material.

This was a bra for my wife who had breast surgery. She can usually get by with a size 36 or 38. She said it was definitely too small. You should have a largery size. Otherwise the material was good. She would absolutely had kept it if was a little larger like a 38.
