My first thought: Who in the #### is going to spend that much on a PILLOW??(Puts it on the back burner for a couple weeks and invests in another, cheaper pillow for neck pain)(Pain continues with cheaper -but still pricey in my eyes- pillow, and I find myself back on the hunt again)My second thought about this pillow: Okay, okay. The reviews are good, and I like the crescent design. Let's give it a go (I'm desperate for neck pain relief)Pillow arrives and I'm sold. It's the most comfortable pillow I've ever owned. After only 2 nights, there's an improvement in my chronic neck pain. I'm sleeping better and feeling way less pain when I wake.My final thought about this pillow: Oh, it's me. I'm that person who will spend this much on a pillow. An awesome, magical pillow that must've come straight from Hogwarts, because it works like magic.

I finally had to admit that just as is true with shoes, you have to spend a little more to get a good pillow. And this is a very, very good pillow. If you haven't yet bought a compressed memory foam item, you might be a little freaked out by how small the box is, that the pillow comes in. (I have attached three photos with a TV remote for scale.) In the instruction panel that is part of the box, they recommend 10 to 15 minutes in a dryer on low, or letting the pillow sit over night to fluff it up. Our dryer doesn't have a "low" setting but 8 minutes on high seemed to do fine. I actually bought two pillows and they turned into big soft beasts. Each pillow comes with a bag of extra filling, in case you want it less soft — but I think the softness level achieved after the dryer fluffing is perfect and I intend the use the extra stuffing to fill a couple small decorative pillow sleeves I've been saving. In the Coop Sleeps Goods pillow instructions there are tips like, "Check your alignment — use a mirror to check your alignment. If your neck appears to be tilted upward, remove fill. If your neck appears to be sloping downward, add more fill." These people are serious about sleep hygiene, as medical practitioners call it.

This pillow is amazing, super soft and very very comfortable. I spent the extra money on the crescent shaped pillow and I was not disappointed. I am very fussy about pillow height and the ability to add and remove foam is the game changer….I can adjust the fill so that the angle of my neck is perfect, for a wonderful night’s sleep. This pillow was worth every penny. I strongly recommend it! As soon as you receive the pillow, follow the advice to put it in the dryer(no heat) for 15 minutes….it fluffs up the pillow perfectly, then you can adjust the amount of fill to suit your needs. I wake up feeling great every day. I am very very pleased with this pillow!

I've had this pillow for almost 2 months. I love it. It's amazing and comfy and I feel like I sleep better. I put it in the dryer for a few minutes and it was perfectly fluffed up. Adjusting the stuffing level is the hardest part. I'm a mostly side and sometimes black sleeper so out of the box it was OK. I removed some stuffing. I put some back. I might remove a little again. It didn't cure my shoulder pain but that's just because I sleep hunched up no matter what. But swear it did my make my quality of sleep better. If you're a mostly side sleeper I'd definitely recommended the crescent one. The quiz said that's one I should get but the original on was cheaper at the time and now I kind of regret not just going for it. I tried a much cheaper dupe before getting this one and this one is just so much better. I've always just bought cheap or slightly more than cheap pillows but I couldn't do it anymore. While I truly love this pillow and will keep an eye for a deal on the crescent one - why is thing SO expensive! It's also machine wash but air dry so I guess I'll just hope it dries before I go to bed? I hate that I love it so much.

I have only slept on this pillow one night and can already tell it is outstanding quality! No off gassing smells that I can detect plus it is made in America with many certifications. It is very soft yet remains supportive. I am a side and stomach sleeper and it was perfect for me right out of the box! They provided a tube of extra filling if I needed it to be firmer but so far I do not need to modify it at all. I have recently tried some memory foam pillows, down alternative, and organic latex. None were anywhere near this quality or comfort level. Several went right back to manufacturer or into a closet. THIS IS A KEEPER!

I’ve been using the Coop adjustable pillow and it’s made a noticeable difference in my sleep quality. The ability to customize the loft by adding or removing the memory foam fill is a game changer. I was able to adjust it to the perfect height for my sleeping position, and since then, I’ve been sleeping more comfortably and waking up with less neck and shoulder stiffness. The pillow is supportive yet soft, and it really cradles your head just right. Overall, it’s helped me sleep deeper and feel more rested in the morning.

These are wonderful pillows. I thought the pillow I had been using was just fine until I tried this pillow. My alignment is better, I sleep very well and don’t wake up with any stiffness. I like the fact that you can change the firmness and adjust the pillow to your individual needs. My husband loves his pillow as well. I would definitely recommend this pillow.

Amazing pillow. Finally, a pillow that works for me. I have chronic neck and shoulder pain, and pain in the back of my head. This pillow is the perfect combination of soft and supportive. I can sleep both on my back and side with it. I never wake up hurting now. I sleep better and longer. It took me a little time to find the right amount of filling for me...but it's so easy because you can add or take away as much filling as you want. So happy with this pillow.
