Loved this product until 8 months in, it started to leak gel in several seams. I took care of it the way that they recommended and I was the only one to use it. Very disappointed. Useless now.UPDATE: Yes, the product did start leaking gel, but a couple of days ago I sent in an email to the company, and they are honoring their product and sending a replacement. I am very impressed by the company and how they handled this situation. I left the bad review up because I wanted everyone to see that this company goes above and beyond to honor its product.

Gets nicely cold and stays very flexible. I use it for my neck, and my wife has found it useful for her low back as well. Stays cold for longer than several other flexible ice packs we have.

It works to ice the back of my neck but it’s very bulky, like a neck brace! I love this brand and their other products, but this one could use a bit of redesign. I was disappointed there are no instructions for how to use the elastic bands. I have a brain injury, things aren’t always straightforward anymore. Overall, it does the job and really helps reduce my pain.

Perfect cold pack for any part of the body. Still soft and pliable out of freezer. Works great on my lower back after exercise.

Very useful. I use it primarily for a sore arm (bicep). Highly recommend purchasing the optional clip to hold the ends together.

Use this to put me asleep every night. It works wonders!

Not a big fan of this ice pack the material it’s made out of doesn’t have much give meaning even after it’s not frozen the bag is still stiff on your skin. What didn’t work out for me may work for someone else. I will say on positive note it’s very large and covers a big area of your body so that I do like.

Worked great for after hip replacement surgery.
