You get what you pay for.
Without writing too much because it's not worth it - the device output is limited to 720p 60fps so even if you have 4k tv or nice FHD projector all you'll se is 720p resolution. Thought it's only limited to menu but nope, it's same in every app.Does support x265/hevc 10bit in Kodi but only in 720, as FHD is not available. MX player also can play it in 720p (max resolution) although playback can be a bit jerky. Other players don't work with this codec.Netflix (if anyone cares) can't be updated as the device (same as other look alike clones made in some Chinese garage) is not google certified.Returning it.

Cheap Chinese tat
Don't be fooled by the fake reviews. This box is terrible. It may offer 4gbs of RAM, but my 1gb fire stick utilizes it's memory far better and the operating system this box uses will leave you frustrated to no end.On opening Netflix and signing in, I was greeted with a mobile style version of netflix which is a nightmare to navigate. "Fine" I thought. I'll just download the most up to date apk and install it from USB. So I download the apk, stick in on the USB, install the app onto the box. Only to be shown "This app version is not comptable with this android device" or something across those lines. My 1GB fire stick can run the newest version of netflix effortlessly. But my 4gb android box can't? Really?Oh and don't even bother trying to browse the internet, not unless you want to see what mobile mode looks like on the big screen. Yep, you read that right.... it doesn't have the power to drive modern day website designs, unlike every mobile phone out there in 2019.The remote control is a nightmare, unlike the firestick that utilizes a blue tooth signal remote making things easy to control, this uses the old beam version of remote and unless you're right up next to the box, your finger presses will do nothing at least 50% of the time. The cursor mode is utterly useless. It doesn't start moving as soon as you press a direction button and it doesn't stop as soon as you let go either. You can never get the cursor to stop on the things you want, especially website links through the browser. Just awful.Closing down apps sometimes causes them to crash instead. Giving you no choice but to force terminate the application process in the app settings. The reason I give this 2* instead of only 1* is because of the ability to connect usb devices and play media fairly efficiently. Although even this isn't without it's frustrations. It will not read AC3 audio. Try playing a video with AC3 audio and it'll be completely mute. Which means unmuxing your videos, converting the AC3 audio track to AAC or MP3, then remuxing the converted audio into the video before putting it back on the USB flash stick to play through the android box. If you're wondering why I don't download and install a different media player, it's because I can't find one that is compatible with the box and it's terrible operating system.Honestly folks, skip this one. If you want an android box that can actually utilize 4gbs of RAM, then be willing to spend more (£70-£100).This is cheap chinese garbage with glitter thrown over it to make it appear worth buying. It isn't. Don't bother with it, just don't.

A great box let down by the remote (Get yourself a better replacement)
A good and relatively powerful ANDROID TV box, this unit appears well made and provide multiple connection options. Setup was very quick and easy (it even comes with a short HDMI lead). The device it let down by a truly horrible remote. It is unresponsive, seems to have hopeless range and compared to the TV box itself it feels cheap and flimsy. The remote is the same as being supplied with many boxes of this type, but alternatives are available so would recommend you invest in a better option (they are really cheap and can be found on Amazon). The box has a small but decent amount of storage, with the ability to expand via memory card or USB device. A decent amount of RAM makes the system navigation very easy, much better than most other options.I was using to stream content from online and local sources, and found no issue at all.

Not Android TV!!No thanks . Not worth the frustration.
Absolute nonsense. No bluetooth. Can't connect a controller to play retro games on has to be a wired device. As soon as you plug a keyboard in it,it throws keys around, key t and f was up and down and couldn't use it. Used this keyboard on multiple other devices Very frustrating little box.Opened netflix and it stated to update the app tried and it said the latest version is not compatible with this unit ??My little amazon stick had more grunt than this thing.

As described, arrived quickly and works
The specs were as advertised and it worked right out box. There were some app compatibility issues such as netflix but the propriatory inbuilt software made up for that. I bought this intending on using the Ethernet port but the wifi worked so well I haven't bothered plugging it in. The remote is basic but the mouse mode helped a little. The instructions were so basic that you might as well throw them away. The remote has an option to operate your TV too but good luck figuring that out. I don't want to focus too much on that because I'm buying an airemouse anyway. Asthetically I couldn't believe how tiny it was for what it did. The launcher was geared up for basic user and the interface was nice however I intend to mod the crap out of this. KLWP app is not currently compatible with this device as of the date of posting this. All in all would recommend

Good value for money
Good value for money, happy with this product so far.Pros:- Fast boot up.- Fast menu response.- Easy to use.- Has Kodi, Netflix and Amazon Prime preinstalled.Cons:- Remote control button hard to press. There an annoying click sound each time you press a key. Better bying a wireless keyboard/mouse combo for controlling the device.I'm using it only as a media player, not gaming or other stuff.

Good box bad remote
I was looking for a Android TV box and went for this one as it sat in the middle of the average price range. I am happy with the box itself less the occasional restart when internet is dropped (very rare) my issue is the remote, it is clunky and very poor quality I believe the remote is the letdown factor for this box. At this price I believe it deserves a more quality remote
