You won’t find many nonstick pans that are PTFE-free. All nonstick pans are PFOA-free since 2014 when the substance was banned. PTFE-granite pans like this one have ceramic bits which gives it rough texture and protects the PTFE coating better than typical nonstick pans.

What is the weight of this wok?

Don't have a small scale, but it felt slightly heavier than a 2 lb. weight. I would guess around 2.5 lbs.

Can this be a deep fryer?

This is a pan, not a "deep fryer." Carote makes a well priced 4 qt or 6 qt pot that can work for deep frying. Amazon has both, well priced in my opinion.
