Great pan! I LOVE the small vent on the lid that lets steam out while it is cooking! It feels lighter than expected but heats and cooks perfectly with no sticking. I have been able to easily hand wash it with just a little soap and hot water.

I’ve been using this pan for a month.It is good quality ,non stick,easy to clean.But the temperature is not hot enough to make pan-fried dishes.

Well, I just got the pan this morning, but I was so excited to see it. It is so beautiful and the handles are extremely nice. Such a well-made pan. Now when you see the picture on here of the other person who has two of them. One is seven months old and one was brand new. First of all, I would never let the bottom of my pan get in that condition. That needs a good scrubbing with an SOS pad. If you keep the bottom of your pan clean after every use, it will never look like that. That pan looks like it has had some really high heat and the information they send to you telling you how to care for your pan specifically says to not use too high of heat. I assure you mine will last more than seven months and it will look brand new because I take good care of my cookware. I had Farberware pans and skillets that lasted me for 50 years. With all the new types of pots and pans and coatings, I no longer use those. It is so pretty that you were going to want to take care of it. Just don’t buy the white ones. Stick to the darker colors. They tend to look nicer longer. I will get back to you in about three months after I have used the skillet over and over Oh, and by the way, the company does send a beautiful booklet telling you how to take care of your cookware. So the person on here that says there is nothing that tells you that you can’t use metal utensils obviously is not thinking or reading. It’s a nonstick item and they all require plastic, silicone, or wood utensils. The packaging was wonderful. The booklet was attractive and gave you all you need to know on how to care for this cookware. I love it and it fits perfectly with the other cookware that I have from a different company. No not Sensarte, but cookware that is as attractive as this skillet. I love the gray and the black granite. I think it’s a big mistake to purchase WHITE cookware. Just bought the 10 inch with a lid. I love these skillets. They are truly amazing.

This little graniteware pan is perfect for cooking up my eggs for breakfast. Nothing sticks. It doesn’t flake. The pan and lid are very sturdy. It’s a very high quality product.

White ceramic will stain using a gas stove as mine did almost immediately cooking up hamburgers with the lid on. But this is my first time using a ceramic over regular nonstick or granite and I can't praise it enough for how well it cooks and how easy it is to clean. I'm on a Keto diet where I have eggs every morning and they come out so good in this pan and I use almost no cooling spray. Literally the 1/8 of a second spray that's considered a serving size (I've always used like 2-3 seconds worth and even had to reapply) works perfectly and I've cooked eggs, steak, pork grind crumbs fried shrimp, hamburgers, etc and nothing sticks to it. Warm water, a soft scrub sponge, and 10 seconds is all it takes to clean And I didn't use a lid much before, in part because I had a different size than my pan, but everything comes out so tender because basically I can cook one side and flip whatever it is and turn the burner off and it slow cooks the rest with the lid. This ceramic just cooks so even.

Gute kleine Pfanne. Vllt bestelle ich mir die noch mal eine Nr. größer. Bis jetzt ist sie bei tgl. Gebrauch mit Bearbeitung eines Holzlöffels unverletzt. Andere beschichtete Pfannen hielten auch einem Holzlöffels nicht stand. Und ich hoffe, daß diese Pfanne auch vollständig PFAS-frei ist. Das war der Hauptgrund meiner Bestellung. Lieferung erfolgte auch zügig.
