Q: How do you fill this item? What can you put inside?

I just ordered it myself... from what I've read just about anything that's not too dense for your given body structure/bone density and appopriate for your training goals... I've seen suggestions to use any of the following: wool, sintepon, foam, layered plastic, shredded fabric (without buttons, buckles or zippers) or the more obvious choice of sand/bean bags

No, it weighs about 5 lbs unfilled.

Q: Will this fit on a traditional Wavemaster bag? Or a full size contoured Heavybag?

I fitted it to heavy bag but i had to make adjustments with duck tape etc. I think in hindsight an uppercut bag is more effective..but that is my opinion.
