Four sigmatic is an amazing brand that uses adaptogenic healing plants to bring you amazing products that give you results. They have a whole line of soothing, non adrenal draining coffee mixes, for those sensitive to the coffee crash, this is the brand! And even for those who aren't, they have such delicious latte blends, some for beauty and some for relaxing, others to focus, and they really do work! I highly recommend giving anything and everything from this brand a try!

This product is best because it has zero caffeine. There is zero cacao, chocolate, coffee, or tea/tea extract/green tea. I always try to avoid caffeine for various reasons, but there is are limited caffeine-free products on the market. This product is great. I Love it. I have bought it several times in stores over the past few years. I find that it has the best flavor if you use 8 oz liquid, with some of the liquid from an oat/almond/coconut milk. For example, I typically use 4 oz boiling water combined with 4oz Oatly low-fat oat milk (oat milk can be warmed or heated). Then I use a milk frother to stir in the contents of packet. If you don’t use an frother, the product clumps up and does not mix well or disperse. Preparing it like this hits the spot every time!

I loved the taste of this chai latte. It was a little weak for me in the chai taste, but I didn’t mind one bit. The flavors worked out. I had never tried anything with functional mushrooms before, but I liked knowing that my nightly hot beverage was working for me. I wish I had tried it with coconut milk or almond milk. I only tried it with water, but for the next box I purchase, I will definitely use a creamier milk.

I've decided to prolong my coffee craving until later in the day and this makes the right coffee substitute to drink during my early morning commute to work. I make it with warm plant-based milk and stir. Matcha is definitely an acquired taste but it's made my transition quite smooth. Although it contains 20 mg of caffeine, I don't feel a thing and will indulge in a cup of coffee later in the morning.

Terrible. Plus I got scammed. The description said 10 count and I got a tiny 6 count box. It should of been $6 n not $13. Also for being a latte it taste only like coconut milk. Didn’t have any sweetener like other mushroom packs. I only wanted to try it cause I didn’t see any preservatives like the others have. It also raised my mothers blood pressure and she found it to be strong flavored. I didn’t find it strong I just didn’t like it at all. I don’t understand why it would raise my mothers blood pressure if it’s mushroom. We had even split a packet so it wasn’t the whole serving.

Taste pretty good but why the California prop warning? I’m concerned now…..

I'm a first timer with Four Sigmatic products and a first timer for anything mushroom related.I haven't tried this yet. It just arrived. I can't wait to try it out.I purchased it because of the benefits.
