Rocktape is best
There are other tapes on the market but this one is the best I've used. I have damaged my achillies tendon and this tape adheres to my leg easily and stays put for a week. It makes a real difference.

The best on the market
The best on the market. I can put some on my lower back (with a little help) and play 6-7 hours of tennis over 4 or 5 days and it doesn't come off. And yes, I do bath and shower! This stuff is excellent. If you are putting it on hairy areas you may need to shave. I even used it for an inner thigh strain and it stayed on during my match.

Great Quality
Great tape and great quality.PROS:- Durable, stays on hands, doesn't become unstuck with sweat.- Protects thumbs very well.- Pre Cut.CONS:- Very large pieces if you have small hands, so means a bit wasteful.- Expensive, and as pre-cut won't last very long.

It is Rocktape.
Having read some of the other reviews I did wonder if this was going to come through correct. However it is Rocktape and it is in the correct packing and everything says that it is the genuine product. I have been using Rocktape regularly for the past 8 months and when it is put on correctly it will last a week easily. Remember clean dry skin with no lotions. Read the instructions or have someone who is trained to show you.

Bought product as recommended by my physio
Bought product as recommended by my physio. Is a good product that can be worn for up to 5 days. You can shower and swim with it and it remains well stuck.

Excellent product
Good product. Does the job. Stays in place well even when wet. Much better than my expectations. Would buy again

Not worth the extra cost
Sadly allergic to the adhesive on this one too. I was recommended rocktape after reacting to the podiatrist cheaper tape however I react to tocktape too! I found it didn't give as much support as the cheaper tape even after applying two layers. It was easier to apply however and didn't stick together so badly. It was forgiving for mistakes and could be rectified. I'm not sure it's worth the extra price though.
