This 3-D FitBud pedometer has hit the spot! It's compact, and lightweight. sturdy. I used to use a FitBit product that is no longer in production. I wanted simple to use; simple to operate. No Bells and Whistles - it does the job - counting steps. Yes, I have to manually reset to zero each night and that is ok because it is not complicated or tedious to do so. Just push and hold the button - Reset done. It's accurate enough for me.

An inconspicuous way to count my steps per day, even if not on a special walk for exercise. This counter gives me credit for every step I take. Fantastic!

Was hopeful to better track my steps w ease.I stopped wearing soon after receiving as it continues to pop off my clothes. Easily. At one point I thought it was lost and it was on my dog’s collar! 😂Also didn’t feel like it tracked correctly. After a day of more walks and then dancing, I didn’t even make it to 10K steps-definitely was over that amt.Outside of that, it’s fine. A pedometer that most people thought was a pager haha!

I have ordered four of these over the past two years. I like the geometry that allows me to attach them to my wristwatch (I owned the watch over four decades and I don't want to stop wearing it nor do I want to wear two wrist straps). I have to get a new one every few months because, though the pedometer is water resistant, I forget from time to time to take it off before showering, or it rains heavily, or I accidentally splash water on it and it shorts out. Sometimes it can be revived by drying. But once shorted, it seems to short very easily again soon after. So the product is what it promises. I rate it four stars rather than five because it doesn't quite fill the need. Fully waterproof would be better. But of course, that would be up to the producer to judge if the market for a fully waterproof model is worth it.
