Q: The mouth of this watter bottle can be put in the ice cubes?

Regular size ice cubes will not fit in the mouth of this bottle. I bought ice cube trays that make long skinny ice and those work just fine.

Q: I need something to hold my milk and keep cold while I'm in the hospital will this work?

I’m just guessing but I think this would keep your milk cold for about 6-8 hours. I would put cold water in the bottle prior to putting your milk in the bottle to “pre-cold” the interior of the bottle. I use mine all the time for water only. I love this little bottle.
