An excellent art book with lot of sheets to explore. Thanks to Amazon for having this product. It took more time than usual for getting it. However received exactly as promised by Amazon.

Got this for my sister and she loves it. The book jacket is white with the colourable flower designs and the inner cover is a very light pinkish shade.The colouring pages are also white and not cream or ivory coloured like the Enchanted Forest book from Johanna. Got Faber Castell water colour pencils to start colouring and they look nice for beginner colouring.

The book is typical Johanna style and is quite beautiful. I wasn't sure initially whether I wanted to order a book wherein there would be thousands of leaves to colour :) but I don't regret the purchase at all. There is a lot of variation in the illustrations and they are simply stunning. Even if you don't colour many pages, it is still a pleasure to flip through the whimsical illustrations and perhaps even try to learn to draw them. There are plenty of tutorials on YouTube on this book. The pages with interiors-style illustrations are particularly cute and full of adorable details. There is also a pull-out at the end of the book, which has 2 detailed illustrations. However, I received a book with pages that were pretty yellowish....this really detracts from the pleasure of colouring in such a beautiful (and expensive!) book. It does affect how the colours look to some extent, especially lighter colours like cream which are used for shading. The print is also not dark or sharp in some places, and it is not as easy to blend colours on this paper, especially in small areas. The beautiful rose gold foiling was also quite dull, which is not the case in an original new book. Books are not being stored properly here these days, and most of the colouring books I order from here have some issue in them. Some quality control measures need to be taken ASAP. Five star rating for the illustrations, and 0 star rating for the condition of the book.

I've bought this about 5 times now and i just love it. Brilliant if you want to get into colouring. the pages don't take alcohol markers, too much bleed through, but pencils, pastels, fine liners, posca pens, sakura gel pens all work great.
