This are brilliant, easy to put in, couldn't feel a thing will using and when take out lady's use warm water up there. As the weight of the water will push in down, for easier retrieval.

I swear by this, they work very well when intimate. No leakage no smell. Remove right after intercourse

This is a great product and I am so pleased to have found it! I find these a lot easier to use than the heart shaped ones from the same company and these are also less noticeable when worn during intimate times. The product really does work and enables you to continue your usual activities during your period while providing better comfort than a normal tampon. They are a little tricky to remove at first but once you get used to them they remove easily. I would recommend these without hesitation. The only downside is the cost.

So disappointed with these. I have struggled with ridiculously heavy periods all my life. I used a large Mooncup for about 15 years which was perfect but after the birth of my child it no longer felt comfortable even when buying the bigger size.I thought I had found the holy grail when I found these. I have soiled not only the tampon but also an incontinence pad after 5 hours of use on my 1st day (not my heaviest day). Really no difference to using just the incontinence pad. Maybe ok if you have light periods but absolutely not suitable for heavy periods with clots. Hopefully only a few years to go now until I no longer have to deal with this problem. I pray something reliable is found for my daughter's generation so women don't suffer their whole lives.

Great product and does the job on my medium flow. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars and not 5 stars is because it can be difficult to remove. So for your info: Squat down low and alternate pushing down on your pelvic floor and then relaxing. This eases the sponge down enough to a point where you can grab hold of it. Be persistent it just take a bit of getting used to. Probably wouldn't have the issue if just using for sports or swimming as wouldn't be pushed up as far.
