Q: I got mine but this one is all white no brand name

I think it's more beautiful, simple and elegant without a glaring logo on the product. It's your health that matters, not some corporation's name. But that's just my opinion. These days a logo means almost nothing anymore. Brands that were once well trusted often place their logo on (or license their logo for use on) disappointing products made by third parties, and brands you never heard of a few years ago are designing wonderful products. Anybody can slap a logo on a product. Although the outside might be attractive, it's what's inside that really counts. I'd pay more attention to the reviews to see what other people experienced. And if your experience doesn't match, leave your own appropriate review and return the item. That's how Amazon works.

Q: Why does it only ever read 97.3?

I too had a different brand, but always read 97.3. I took my temperature yesterday with a Vicks thermometer that you put under your tongs, it was 101.2. I had just gotten temperature reading with other thermometer and it was 97.3. Y’all are so correct!! Junk! I was about to order this one but decided to read reviews first!! I’m thankful I did!

Q: Why does the first bullet under details say it’s made in usa but my shipping says it’s coming from china?

Ships from USA, does not mean manufactured in the USA. I notice there's a little trickery in the wording on many Chinese products. Many products now do not openly state if the product is made in China. Why is this? Because they don't want you to know it comes from China, because it would prevent a sale!

Q: Does iHealth Thermometer sync via bluetooth? If not how does it?

There is another model looks similar to this one that syncs with a smart cell phone. Look for that one. Today in 2022 they show 4-5 different models including this one and you can click on the one they show working with your cell phone and check out it's price and what you need to upload most likely an apt etc. This model does not connect with bluetooth or a cell phone it is point give it a second or two and read the results facing you in the digital window. Your clue is its slight vibration.
