This is nothing short of miraculous! it was recommended to me by a masseuse that I use on my ankles which were always swollen to large proportions. I've been using this on my navel at night. Helps with regular bowel movements. Also good for extra dry skin. Doesn't smell good so my advice would be to wear it before bed.
