Product made me sick for about 3 weeks. Not sure if just me or if others experienced this. Was defo this because I was made unwell the next day after starting and got better the next day from stopping them.

Good supplement

I took these for three months, and in that time I felt absolutely no difference. If you are unlucky enough to get one of the large pills stuck in your mouth or throat for more than a second, the taste is awful and lingers for ages. Not worth the money.

Can't say if any of these products actually work

No side effects for me, which is always a plus with supplements like these. Easy to swallow, no aftertaste.
