These are really comfortable to wear, and my girlfriend loves them. It almost feels like you have nothing on for the most part. The only thing I would say is order a size up because I think the product comes in Asian sizes. Maybe? They fit well normally, but when you become aroused, they are definitely snug on your manhood. Thankfully my partner loves the way it looks like I'm about to bust out of them.

Wouldn't recommend the Medium if your waist is 33" or above despite the size chart saying it goes up to 34". It will stretch enough to be wearable but won't be very comfortable, definitely get the Large.
