I have used this towel warmer for several weeks now and it works perfectly. I use it for large towels and run it for about 15 minutes - in that time the towel is nice and warm and perfect for use. There are different settings for different times, the shortest being the first one for 20 minutes. This way you don't waste any electricity by keeping it on for any extended period of time. I dispensed with installing the supplied hooks that came with the warmer - it is easier to just dump your towel inside the warmer without the hooks protruding from the side.I have a towel rack warmer as well and this one out performs that towel rack warmer. Using this "bucket" warmer, the towels are noticeably warmer while being easy to use. The small footprint means that it does not use up too much space on the bathroom floor - I have placed it right next to the shower door - this way it is easy to get to once I step out of the shower.

Yes! Yes! Holds large towels, robes, blankets. Warms in 20 minutes or less. Easy to use. Doesn’t take up much space. Great for bath time with babies.

I would rate this 0/5 stars but this makes me pick a star. But in all seriousness DO NOT BUY THIS. I purchased multiple of these as Christmas gifts in December 2024 and they all died within a couple weeks of each other in May 2025. Their return policy says you have to return through Amazon, even if you go to their site for a warranty claim, and Amazon’s return policy is between 30-60 days, not 5 months, so the family members we bought these for as Christmas gifts are stuck with non working products. Do not buy. Find a different brand as there are plenty of other options to pick from.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Unique gift that my husband loves. He warms his towel and robe so it is nice and warm before he gets out of his cold plunge. Perfect.

I am looking for a towel DRYER. This definitely functions as a towel warmer, however, even after two hours of a post shower towel, it is warm and wet. There is no fan or air flow in the towel warmer and the water just stays in the warmer and on the towel. Size is great and for the warming function it is good.

Love love love this. Was a perfect gift for my mother she uses it all the time. Warms the towels perfectly and is so simple to use.

This is a must have for anyone that doesn't like that cold towel hitting your skin after a long hot shower. My wife loves it. She also throws a small blanket in there at bedtime to warm up before sleep. Great product.

This is just my preference, but I don’t feel like this towel warmer makes my towels warm enough. The display says it’s 270° but I genuinely don’t believe that’s an actual thermometer, I think it’s just for looks. The towel 100% is NOT that hot, in fact, it’s barely warm enough to feel a difference. After about 10 minutes, the “temperature” starts decreasing even though there’s another 10 minutes left in the warm cycle. It shows that it slowly goes down to 215° by the time the 20 minutes is up.
