I did a manual swap in a 2002 Chevy Suburban, any idea if this will work and is all I need besides the hydraulics?

It should work as long as you have the same bolt in pattern for this pedal. Total of 3 bolts, the new clutch pedal reservoir should come with clutch pedal switch that goes into the back of this pedal.
