Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money. Eat healthy and started exercising more but these had no effect. Thought these with better eating and healthy would help..wish I hadn’t bothered

Very early days - day 3, no adverse effects so far.1 x twice a day with around 200ml of water 30 mins before eating. Easy enough to take. No taste to them.Have compared a few sites selling these - these are better value than the others.Too early to say if they work but will see!

Made no difference whatsoever. I work out four times a week and I am quite familiar with similar products. These were no better than an expensive placebo.
