Do i need to recalibrate by instant pot after i use this part to replace the high and low pressure sensors?

Yes!!!! There are instructions on the web. These are temperature switches which equate to the boiling point temperature at higher pressures. The pop off valve is roughly 14psi and wou want the pressure around 11 or just below the pop off pressure.
