I bought them for a class I teach. This was perfect for what I needed them for and they were a hit with the kids. I would advise practicing putting them together first as it can be a little tricky when first learning.

It took me longer than I'd like to admit to figure out how to assemble these correctly. I made a set of directions that you can use if you purchase these (see attached image). The directions on this product page are not good/incomplete. The pinwheels work quite well once you figure out how to assemble them.

This was a great little kit. It takes a little figuring to get the hang of the steps, but I only messed it up a couple times before I had it figured out. They spin really well and it's easy to color on the paper blanks (markers don't smear), but heavy enough paper to hold up to being turned into a pinwheel. The students enjoyed these. We were working with a mixed age group and this had wide appeal.

These were a hit! Once we figured out how to assemble 😂. Some written directions would have been nice but they are great for the price point.

There were no instructions included on how to put this together and biggest challenge for kids. We gave these to classes of elementary students. At first, kids complained that the pinwheel wouldn't spin around. Once kids understood how to put the pinwheel together and how the little plastic pieces held the pinwheel shape, we didn't have any problems. The pieces coming together to help hold the pinwheel into shape made these pinwheels better than other novelty craft pinwheels that we've used in the past.

Used this for a beginning of the year activity, my kids loved it. Pre-k-5

Used for a huge children's event. Very quick. Kids loved them. Sturdy, even at a park with young kids playing.

Great spring craft for the kids to make. All the kids loved coloring their pin wheels. I had kids from ages 3-11 making them.
