5th bottle review
I've been taking 2 capsules each morning on an empty stomach for 5 months with no side effects or nausea. Extra magnesium in it helps move along my digestion too! I noticed my knees stopped hurting after about 1 full bottle. Hoping it is helping my bones too since I'm also taking a daily scoop of their powdered bone health collagen that has Fortibone & Verisol in it. Won't know until my next bone scan in 2026. I find the price on Amazon is better than continuing to buy direct and I subscribed to auto-ship. So far it's 5 stars on this collagen supplement.

Ingredient concern
I didn’t notice that the magnesium used in this product is magnesium citrate, which, from what I’ve read, is the cheapest magnesium to use! And im not sure about how effective it'll be…..I’m hoping for the best, but if had noticed this, I wouldn’t have purchased it!

There’s a great list of ingredients in these supplements that combine to form a potent pack of vitamins for joint health. The amount per serving of each ingredient seems to be pretty standard; not too high or too low for maintaining a healthy joints, but as always, be sure to incorporate it carefully if you take other supplements already.The pills are standard sized and easy to take, but you will need to take two a day. Luckily, they do not produce any odors or aftertastes, which is quite nice! For the price, I’d say this product is well worth all the benefits the ingredients provide.
