SMART WEIGHTO - Energizing product!
I was searching for an over-the-counter product to suppress my appetite. SMART WEIGHTOreally helped me to adjust my diet to lose a few pounds, but I didn't expect that it would give me more energy! I'm a senior citizen and over the past few years I've noticed that my stamina has declined. Now when I know that I have many errands or tasks to do around my house I take one capsule and I am energized. I can stay active for 6 - 8 hours after I take a SMART WEIGHTO capsule. Honestly, it is amazing how much I can accomplish on the days that I use SMART WEIGHTO. I do not take it every day, only when I have a LOT to do or when I know I have to suppress my appetite (events where I know there will be many tempting food offerings).I have recommended this product to many of my friends - mostly for the energy it provides! Doesn’t work and impacts mood
For me, energy was good for two days. Then no difference. Works for appetite but not all day. Also, for me, it negatively affected my moods. I was so irritable the day of and the day after taking these. Yikes. It’s a no for me.

I’ve brought the product during the summer and I really enjoy the product and I even still have it. I’ve brought the product to loose weight and it’s help me a lot. I don’t take as often as I used to cause it’s help me a long way already.

They help!
I felt more energetic while taking these which helped keep me motivated to exercise more. I’m pretty sure they made me sweat more too because usually about 20 minutes after taking them, I would feel super hot lol. Either way, paired with exercise and eating better. These definitely helped my process to lose weight

Do your research
It has come to my attention that every single one of these “energy capsules “ literally have the exact same ingredients. They may “tweak “ the dosage here and there but it’s all the same. My advice, find the cheapest and run with it. But in this case it doesn’t suppress my appetite, it is easy to swallow and does not give me the jitters. I hope this helps.
