Hands down the best heating pad this side of the Mississippi. I absolutely love the size. It’s long enough to cover my entire back, or even to wrap around my waist to help with cramps. The cover is very soft to the touch and easy to clean if something gets spilled on it. I also really like how there are multiple heat settings to get just the right amount of heat to troubled areas. Highly recommended this heating pad, you can’t go wrong with this one.

Liked the large size 20 x 40 -- was hoping this brand would be different than the other 2 pads I purchased of like size -- which lasted 1 year each. Well...this one topped those -- it lasted 3 months. The controller will not turn on -- tried all the "tips" to get it to work and nothing resolved the issue. Same thing with the others -- and they were different brands. Guess, the 20 x 40 pads just are not functional. And, they do not get as hot as the smaller ones either -- but are a great size. Have had a Sunbeam 12 x 24 pad for probably over 15 years and it is still functionng and gets hotter than the 20 x 40 did (when it was working). If I could give minus 10 stars I would -- this one is TV Mall brand. Amazon was gracious enough to give me a promo credit as "window return date" had expired. Thus, that was the only good news about the pad. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!

I move this around, especially at night. I get migraines, and sometimes I’ll wrap it around my neck and head where it hurts. Sometimes I do it longways to catch my lower back, shoulder and neck! Love how long it is. It has a LOT of settings, too. I don't like that I have to keep turning it back on so often. I think the longest it stays on is 2 hours, although it doesn't seem that long. But that is the only thing I don't like. I am thinking about getting another one for my office chair where I sit so much!

This heating pad goes from my hips to my neck. I only need to use the lowest setting most of the time. It's very comfortable, I can wrap it around my neck and shoulders easily. The edges are cooler.

This heating pad is wonderful! It is not only large in length, but width as well! I love that it fits across my entire back so I don’t have to choose where to get warmth and relief. It’s soft, easy to control and shuts off automatically which is nice. The cord is nice and long making it easy to use nearly anywhere. I truly enjoy this pad.

I want a refund!AMAZON this the 3rd heating pad that I received from you that said it was rated 220 volts AND IT WASN’T! I ordered it from Peru which is a 220 volt country.I WANT A REFUND!!!!
