And, so far, does what it says it does.The good:- Magnesium is a vital mineral our bodies need for multiple things. I am taking it for promoting good sleep and joint health, but it has several other benefits to health and body.- B6 is added for absorption. The problem with supplements is not obtaining them or taking a high enough dose but getting the body to absorb them. It doesn't matter how much of a good thing you take if your body doesn't absorb it. The addition of B6 tells me that the formulation was well thought out.- No unnecessary or unhealthy additives. I don't see anything bad added to these capsules. I like that.- The price is nice. I like to boost my health without breaking the bank.The bad: Nothing so far. I have been taking it before bed daily, and it has been working great. I am happy with the product. No problems whatsoever.
