The company sent me a message before the item even arrived to ensure that I had all of the correct pieces and that I understood the assembly. They also sent a video to aid in the process as well. The paper instructions included in the box were a little poorly written and took some time to understand, but I didn't end up needing the video. It's pretty straight-forward to set up and the end result is good. I bought four boxes because I wanted a full canopy going on all four sides of my queen bed and did not want to risk not having enough pieces. I ended up only needing three of the four boxes, so I have some extra to possibly set up a small curtain elsewhere if needed. The tension poles are pretty sturdy, though I definitely would not recommend leaning your body weight on them or anything. If you have one of those bumpy textured ceilings you might knock off some dudt/debris while putting them up. Overall, I'm very satisfied with it.

I live in a loft and needed a no drill dividing system to help separate my space. I opted for this system and I am thrilled with the final look. I prefer a modern, industrial aesthetic and I decided to corner off my bedroom space with this corner four poster style shape of the unit. It can be adjusted according to your needs. I did struggle with the instructions and ended up using Task Rabbit to help. Also I am short and wasn't able to reach the 9 ft ceiling. But this is exactly the bonus of this system, is its ability to be used in a space with tall ceilings. I added paneled curtains and viola my space is now beautifully partitioned. I am beyond thrilled with the final outcome :D

Top spongy on-top NOT bottom, but your preface just beware hitting if at bottom, instructions are uncomfortably strange. Plastic bottoms on the ceiling and floor came off after 1 use but almost 8months+12mo+, dont lose your allen key, dont know size but at times hex jut feels like wrong side of the hole. Cant tell if free spining or already clamped. Took many attempts to find right position and height to step away multiple times. Difficult tell what white pole was for, spiraly smaller ends cannot be capped, dont try it or it can run away mid build and you’ll give up assembly. Theyre are two short ends, extension and end. The caps could have come to help if you get to a short spiral end but this wasnt efficnently looked. Get this if on sale or special, find sturdy, better instructions, product assembly, etc.

This is by far the worst product I've ever purchased on Amazon look how dirty the inside of the poles are I only took pictures of a cute few of them because they're all the same inside. I'm a technician by trade I have put a million things together in my lifetime and this is by far the worst set of instructions I have ever seen nothing is marked other than vertical or horizontal none of the individual pieces are marked you just have to look at the little packaging list which doesn't include the number of all the pieces you should have and try to figure it out for yourself.Not to mention it was not obvious in the pictures online that when I hang my curtains they're going to be uneven about 2 inches difference than the one beside it.I hardly ever return anything and this is actually one of the first I bought two of these packages and I am thoroughly disappointed.

When I bought this I honestly thought I was going have to return it. I thought it was just going to another gimmicky piece of junk. But I was desperate. I’m a renter and my apartment has an unusual custom made bathroom with a jacuzzi tub with a shower. The problem is the walls are glass tile and there is no shower curtain. That means every time I showered I’d have mop the floor! No way. I’d already bought a fancy and expensive glue on curtain rod but it fell off after two years and I couldn’t replace the glue. So I bought this. To my surprise and joy it did the trick! It has a lot of pieces, but don’t let that intimidate you. It’s easy to put together just follow the instructions. The system is versatile and is pretty sturdy. I wouldn’t bang it or try to lean on it, of course, but it serves my needs well. If you need a temporary or semipermanent curtain rod or room divider you can’t go wrong with this.

All three poles are adjustable in that way. With rubber stopper feet that prevent damage to the ceiling or floor. Im just a redneck without much mechanical knowledge, and I had this entire unit up in 10 minutes, excellent step-by-step instruction with pictures.

I had high hopes for this, but it ended up being a frustrating experience. The dividers were already chipped before I even started setup, which was disappointing right out of the box. Assembly was also a struggle—the pieces were hard to fit together, and the instructions were unclear, making the process more difficult than it should have been.One thing I didn’t consider before buying (but wish I had) is that if you have popcorn ceilings, this will scrape them off—something to keep in mind if you plan to use it in a room with textured ceilings.Overall, the idea is nice, but between the poor quality, confusing setup, and unexpected issues, I can’t recommend it. However, if you have flat ceilings without texture and are okay with spending time setting them up and figuring it out, they did seem sturdy over all. The chipped inserts are on the inside, I don't believe they would hurt the functionality and they weren't visible, but they are very adjustable, thick, and a good price compared to others.
