No complaints here! Exceeded my expectations! I love this device and its so easy to use! Has a timer and offers other beneficial light colors other than just red. I've been using it about 3 times a week for 20 minutes each time for a few weeks now and can truly see and feel such a difference! My neck is definitely smoother and softer feeling. My face is tighter and my skin is glowing. I wash my face before using and apply vitamin C serum and a good moisturizer after each use! Worth the purchase and especially the convenience of doing it at home whenever I want!

I like this so far. I have used several times and feel relaxing after. It seems to be helping my skin with little breakouts that I get from being premenopausal. It’s nice that there are several colors to choose on depending on issue. I like that you can use it on other parts besides face, such as hands. I feel my hands make me look my age more so than my face so I want to start using it for them. It’s also convenient to use at your own home. I haven’t really had any noise issues like others have complained about.

For under $100, this mask is a solid intro to light therapy. While not a replacement for professional treatments. It's the perfect starter kit for someone who wants to try RLT but is unsure if she wants to spend thousands of dollars on it. I used red light daily and blue light 3x weekly. After 2 weeks, I don't see any obvious difference yet, but then no damages either. Will continue using it for a few months and see what happens, then decide whether I should go with a more professional option.

I do all my shopping online with Amazon. Sometimes you get a winner of a product, sometimes not. I had heard about the research related to red light- to even out skin tone and possible heal, but I did not want to use the hand wand.This is definitely for us lazy folk who just want to sleep under a dome. The product is extremely easy to put together and use. All functions on the dome are straight forward. Although expensive, this is a product you will use unlike some of the others stashed in the attic.To the manufacturer- the only recommendation I have is to put the cheat sheet of colors on the actual dome and also maybe a little slot for the protective glasses so they do not get lost.Girls, let's go! Do not buy!!! I bought this in January. I’ve used it 3 times. Won’t turn on. I’ve tried everything. Unplugged adapter and waited a bit, nothing. The red power light goes on but nothing happens when the power button is pushed. Of course the return window is closed.
