Per service the product is expensive. It is easy on the stomach and not very sweet, which I appreciate. It doesn't dissolve easily so requires quite a bit of sports bottle shaking to get it to completely dissolve.

Great flavor and excellent mix of carbs, salt & beetroot. My only gripe is that after 20min a lot of the mix sits at the bottom of the bottle and needs another good shake.
