The product is great for core exercises, to be honest i didn't know products like these existed but I'm glad they do. The build quality is good and assembly required is minimal. The suction is good and sturdy while using but sometimes it will get pulled out while working out. Nevertheless its a great product for the price.

This is a good product for a daily workout routine for abs building. You can do crunches, pushups and russian twist with the help of this product. It's suction is very good so that you can exercise easily. It's suction cups basically hold on plane surface like tiles. You can enjoy a good workout routine.
