I originally ordered this heating pad for a medical issue of mine, an awful pilonidal! I used this heating pad in the area consistently and it caused the pain and cyst to go away on its own. Besides that entire ordeal, this is an amazing device that my wife and I use consistently. My wife says it works amazingly for her cramps too! It gets extremely hot very fast, so you wont need to be in pain or discomfort for very long. Ive slept while using the device and it never caught fire, smoked, or smelled weird. The automatic shut off feature, as well as the timer feature works and does its job. I was definitely expecting it to be a bit smaller than it is as well, so thats another great bonus. It's nice and big but flat and can easily roll up and be stored. When we are done with our heating pad all we do is roll it up, wrap the cord around it, and put it under my desk! Love this heating pad.

Great heating pad. Comfortable with variable control settings. Highest temperature settings too hot for me, but nice safety features allow you to set variable times to minimize any risk. Soft and flexible, only drawback is largish plastic knob where the cord attaches to the pad. I've used it extensively on the lower settings for both my back and neck and have found it to be therapeutic. It seems to be durable, so I don't expect to need a replacement any time soon, but if I need a second heating pad for any reason I have no reason not to buy this brand again.

The heating pad is one of the best things ever when you're feeling sore or cold! I started using one after my back hurt from carrying my heavy backpack, and it really helped.It warms up fast and feels super nice, like a soft blanket with heat. You can put it on your back, neck, or stomach—pretty much anywhere it hurts. It’s also awesome in the winter when you're freezing and just want to warm up.One cool thing is that most heating pads have different heat levels, so you can pick what feels best. Mine even turns off by itself after a while, which is great if I fall asleep using it.The only thing I don’t like is that you have to keep it plugged in, so you can’t walk around with it. But that’s not a big deal if you’re just relaxing.Overall, I give the heating pad 5 out of 5 stars! It’s warm, comfy, and super helpful when you’re not feeling your best.

Works well but gets smelly over time. Did not overheat. Good for lower back or neck, soft and flexible and thick enough to give good support.

My old heating pad, which is about 25 years old, is getting kind of gross so I thought time for a new one. After going down the rabbit hole of an unnecessary number of heating pad choices, I settled on this one. I’ve used it for lower back pain for about an hour now and it’s great. It’s bigger than my old one and has a very soft covering. Some other reviews complained about not enough heat but I disagree. I started at just 4 and ended up lowering it to 1. I’ll come back and edit my review if it doesn’t last long but day one it works great.

I own a couple older heating pads but this one is so much better in several ways. The older ones are smaller, much less flexible, no where near as soft and lack turn off timers. I frequently over do it when working on projects and pull a muscle resulting in some pain. I this pad heats up very quickly, contours to the area very well compared to older types. It covering is also very soft to the touch. I usually run it on the lowest heat setting of 1 and on occasion 2 which seems to be plenty warm. Its default is number 3 setting which I find to be too warm. I have had this for Over a year and had no problems. I likes it so much I purchased a second one for my wife.

Heats up fast with no problem was warm on level 1, with setting for a timer to auto shut off. The pad is soft and not bulkyand the materials used will not cause a problem with noise. It is worth the money. I think it is very durable.

I like the size of this heating pad. It is perfect to use on specific areas of the body. The pad itself is comfortable and not stiff, and it has a timer so you are not going to have a problem with leaving it on accidentally.
