Best quality, taste, and great shipping and delivery times.
SOooooooo delicious. Sometimes they are sold out when I need it, so I order two, and quite often. Always of the highest quality and flavor. Just so good. Shipping is pretty quick. Will not use any other pistachio cream, paste, or butter. This is the ONE. And though it is pricey, it is much cheaper than making my own pistachio butter.

Gusto Etna Pistachio butter (crema al pistacchio)
Omg, this is so delicious. I have been looking for a good pistacchio creme for a long time. So many of them don't have a good percentage of pistacchios in the ingredients. Usually more junk and oils and flavoring. This product has a high percentage of pistacchios in it. This product is so delicious you can eat it right out of the bucket. I filled croissants with it, and you can use it you make the Dubai bars (it's a shortcut). Though I didn't use it for my Dubai bars because I made my own paste but it was so much work that next time I will use this. I compare this to like a Nutella but a pistacchio Nutella. If you like pistacchios you will love this. It's addicting. The only negative is the bucket is smaller than I expected and it's only 2/3 -3/4 full. It goes by weight so you're getting the amount you paid for but it was just disappointing to see it not filled to the top. Other than that, the taste was fantastic and i recommend buying this product. This review is for the Gusto Etna Pistacchio butter (crema al pistacchio)

EMPTY bucket, doesn’t taste like pistachio!
This is what you get, it’s not 2 pounds. This is a scam. Not worth the money not to mention it tastes NOTHING like pistachio. I first tried the smaller jar of this brand & it was really good but this large container is awful. It tastes like pure VEGETABLE OIL. And also it took almost a month to arrive because they were charging $30 delivery fee. I really wanted to like it since the smaller jar was really good. Don’t waste your money.

May of 2025: Product arrived secured and well-packaged. I needn't have worried.
After seeing myriad negative reviews--some with photos of the product spilling out all over the inside of the packaging--I had some apprehension with ordering this big tub of pistachio butter. But, my intense need to recapture the experience of a Sicilian breakfast of cappuccino savored with the glorious taste of a croissant spread with pistachio butter compelled me to take a chance. I had ordered the smaller jar from this same brand in the past, but my family consumes it so quickly that I decided to give this bigger container a go. This 2.2 lb. tub is equivalent to about five of Gusto's smaller jars; an amount my family can still go through in pretty short order; definitely within any expiration date. (I didn't even bother checking for an expiration date. The precious contents of this container will certainly be gone by then.)Details about the packaging for those with concerns: First, there was a wide ribbon-like plastic strip covering the lid. It was secured close at the sides of the container, though not a super tight seal that would require a feat of strength to remove. It did its job of holding the lid onto the container, but I wouldn't have trusted it solo, as the only thing keeping the precious contents of this tub in its place. However, further reinforcements were employed. The tub was then placed into a strong cardboard box, sized just right to hold the container firmly in place. This box was taped shut with wide strips of packing tape that absolutely wouldn't fail without tampering. Then, the box was placed inside a second box, just barely larger than the inner one. There was a tiny bit of free space between the inner box and the sides of the outer one--maybe 1/4-inch. So a little shifting was going to happen there, but with so little space, I don't believe there would be much force generated by the weight of the product shifting around and making contact with the sides of the outer one. Definitely not enough to break the container open. If a buyer has the misfortune of encountering a shipping facility where parcels are rough-handled, then perhaps there could be a breach. But to me, it looks like Gusto has taken appropriate measures on their part to keep all of the product inside the tub, where it belongs.Anyhow, this purchase has eased my mind about the quality of the seller's packaging, and now I have enough confidence to order this product again in the future without hesitation.(I apologize for not providing photos. But please understand that I am lazy.)

Honestly
The price keeps fluctuating. When I first purchased this it was $38 now it’s $55. $17 increase is INSANE. It taste pretty good but the ingredients aren’t that great.

It was a little crunchy?
So it’s not completely filled to the top which I get because transporting it you don’t want it to be too filled however it tasted more like crunchy, pistachio cream, and not creamy. Which I’m not a huge fan of. However, the taste is really good I would give that a five out of five. It’s more on the sweet side, but you can still taste the pistachio.
