Good quality and looks excellent, feels thick and confortable when walking on it. I have bought several of these rugs over the years. Sending them to customers all folded is not ideal. I spent hours gliding a steam mop over it after spraying it with water blended with a scent to reduce the thick creases, then had to leave two divans and two heavy double mattresses on top of it for hours to ensure it was 100% even, before spending hours putting my furniture back at 7.20pm ! All the company has to do is send their rugs rolled like most other suppliers, then all this hassle can be avoided.

We bought this rug 240 x 320 cm to replace an older one that no longer matched the decor. We found that the rug is exactly as it looks in the advert photo the colours were deep and rich as well as being a perfect match for our wants, the pile was nice and plush without being to thick and the quality is exceptional ( no loose threads, and looks way above the quality you might expect for the price ) these are the plus points. however there is two and only two downside points which are not insurmountable 1. The packaging - the rug was delivered folded into a square box shape which meant it has taken over a week to flatten out. 2. if you lay this on a hard floor it really needs a large panel of non slip matting otherwise it will not sit. This is a rug I would recommend for both the price and the Quality and of course it's looks.

Bit disappointed it came creased to hell the picture is after 1hr+ steaming to try and get it flat but just curled up round the edges even rolled the other way but nope curling and it’s not as big as the picture it is tiny.

Excellent quality and at a good price.

This large rug is beautiful. The colours are superb and the quality of the rug is great. I can't wait to put it down in the summer for a nice change to lighter colours In living room. Arrived folded but not a problem as we just rolled it when it arrived and it looks smashing. A little bit expensive I thought but it had the colours I needed. Grey, biege, cream and a little black.
