I enjoy the modest capacity because It's just one scoop of protein. No need for a 40 oz. I love the thought put into the extra caps that can be stacked or used one at a time. The mixing spring instead of the ball is also great.- no issues with clumping. HOWEVER, it is plastic and therefore there is a clinging of chemical smells and then of your flavors at the beginning which is unpleasant.

I bought this shaker bottle because I was tired of carrying my protein powder around in a baggy and adding it to my water or almond milk on the go. The compartments are perfect for taking protein powder, medications, small snacks, or anything else you need on the go. I also love the shaker part; it's not a little ball like most shaker bottles, so it makes a less annoying noise when you shake it up. It also does not leak when you shake it; this was huge because almost every shaker bottle I have gotten has leaked when shaking up a protein shake.

It's easy to open and use , it has 2 X powder cups at the bottom with a tablet/pill adapter for the one if you need it , if you don't need it , you can take it out. Product is exactly what they said it would be , if you exercise or just need a shaker for your meal replacements this is a must have
