Awesome knife!

While trying to carve a huge 15lb bone-in ham with a pretty dull knife on Easter Sunday I decided there had to be a better way. I have had electric knives in the past so decided to purchase one. I chose cordless so I didn't have to fool with a cord while cutting. This one seems to be a little more difficult to use because you have to hold the safety button at the same time you're pushing the button to cause it to cut. It's just awkward. It also did not cut as well as I hoped when carving up the rest of that big ham in order to put some in the freezer. I'm reserving judgment until I use it one more time. Maybe it was just the ham!!

I was really surprised by how well this inexpensive cordless electric knife worked. I used it to spatchcock my turkey this year for Thanksgiving and it cut right through the bones and all. The box says it's an electric bread knife, which it cut through effortlessly as well, but it definitely had more power to it than I expected.

I ordered this knife about 5 months ago and used it once. I got it out today to carve the Thanksgiving turkey and decided to give it some additional charging for about 1 hour prior to using it. To my disappointment the knife would not work at all. And now, of course it's too late to return it.Not happy with the knife but very thankful for what the Lord has provided.

I really liked it. I played with a little bit as I’m giving it to my daughter and son-in-law as they always make the turkey.. It was a little tricky, but I think they will really enjoy it without a cord to mess with.
