Was pleased to see these available on Amazon. They were delivered quickly. Take one daily and although a sizeable tablet found them easy to swallow. These are packed full of vitamins and have felt more energy since taking them so will likely continue using as find it much easier than the fizzing tablets.

I take a fizzy Berocca every morning in warm water and have done for several years - despite knowing that the scientific evidence seems fairly firmly in the 'it doesn't actually do anything' camp.However when away on business or holiday I used to not bother as the hassle of boiling water and finding a big enough glass - so, when I saw these advertised on Amazon - I thought 'RESULT' - they are great for when I'm travelling, or the occasional morning when I am running late and can just 'pop a pill' :)
