Practical product for home users
The media could not be loaded. It's very good product, compact and easy to use. Weight is too well within home users range After informing about the unavailability of the charger. Amazon customer care had replaced me the package. But again the charger was missing. Later on after raising the issue with JPT directly with customer care and after complete verification. JPT team had sent me the charger.Thanks JPT Team for your quick support.

Dont buy
Went ahead and purchased this product despite seeing many negative reviews. It looks and feels like a good quality polisher but it isn't. The machine vibrates extremely bad due to which it was causing more damage than existing on the paint surface. I learnt about this vibration issue in other reviews as well but i thought that it was a user mistake but i have now realised that it is due to badly designed mechanism of the product.

Excellent Product
I recently purchased the JPT Polisher, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. This device has made my work easier, and I couldn't be happier with the results It comes with 2 batteries and a charger so if my work is incomplete I can easily use the 2nd battery and put the 1st one on charge and Wolah! my work is done without interruption.

Charger is not kept along with the product ....kindly please tell which type of charger to be used with the equipment

Great machine
Handy and cool. Provided with 2 batteries and buffing pads are really helpful. Buffing and polishing of my car is so easier and effective now.

Below Avarage product
This is my honest opinion regarding this product. I have brought this product seeing YouTube reviews. But after using this product, I feel my I have wasted my money.Major cons of this product:1) Product is underpowered, It takes around half an hour for compounding only for a songle door, no matter the best available compound you use2) Battery runs out quickly, For detailing a car, I have recharged two batteries around 6 times. And it take whole day for detailing a single car.3) Lots of vibrations and noise, After few days of use you will be a patient of wrist join pain ,for sure.4) After Investing a lot of time by this underpowered DA polisher, Shine of car is not upto expectations.So I will recommend, please arrange few more money and go for sone standard DA polisherOr even you can purchase Low cost rotary polisher from online or offline. It saved my time and effort also gave wonderful results in car.🙏🙏
