Can you fix this board without using nails?

It does need screws in each of 4 corners

Can we hang this without damaging the walls?

This notice board needs to be fixed to the wall using four screws one at each corner. It may not be a very stable item if fixed to the wall in any other way. It is a great notice board and mine is still in use, very good item, it is quite lightweight but it does need to be fixed to the wall.

can this be used both sides?

We displayed the board with the white side facing, it is fine. The only downside are pins are harder to put in and obviously when you take the pins out you can see the holes.

Can the aluminium frame be dissasembled without damage, so that i could resize the frame and board to bespoke dimensions.

Yes. The frame will pull apart at the corners and the cork may be peeled out from the aluminium frame, as its glued. The cork will tear a little at the joints but if you are re-sizing then it wouldn't matter. The aluminium can then be easily cut with a hacksaw and re-assembled with the correct sizing of cork. I recommend glueing to stop it rattling within the frame. I did exactly this to fit a board in a tight space and it turned out fine. Good luck!
