Good quality and stay in your shoes
Good quality and support, easy to cut to size and they stay in your shoes no problem ( I've had others that curl up when you take shoes off ) I have to wear these all the time and fit great in all types of shoes I have them in ( vans slip ons, converse high tops and a pair of lounge fly boots with slight heel ) haven't tried them in my toms but should be easy enough to trim down abit with toms being on the narrow side.

A relief from arch pain.
Love these!! I have PF in just one foot and after trying stretches given to me from the doctor which I found a long drawn out process with hardly any relief these are live heaven. I also tired compression socks but they made the pain worse. After being sat down I would put my foot to the floor and srugggled to walk and always feels like my foot was badly bruised. I ordered these and wow, after cutting them to size and once I got used to them in my shoes I found I was no longer in agony when I got up in a morning (those first 10mins of weight baring when getting out of bed). I work in retail and i'm always on my feet so I have one pair in work shoes and one pair to alternate between shoes at home. Be warned though these need to be used when ever your wearing shoes or you won't see any results as they realign the foot and give the arch support. I have had mine for 2 months and have just ordered some more as I find they don't last forever. So I'm making sure I have enough. Would definitely recommend to anyone with PF

Supporting insoles
These insoles I put in my shoes and trainers all the time. They are perfectly designed, not too bulky but very efficient. I started using these orthotic insoles over 15 years ago when I was suffering from foot pain. They used to be expensive but this brand is very cheap and affordable and of high quality as they last for years. Just cut them to size and feel the benefits.

Would NEVER choose any other make of insoles for Plantar Fascitis Used this make over 15 years now
I was plagued for years by Plantar, hospital even made a custom fit insole, which was useless.Years ago i spotted these & gave them a try & now have them for every pair of boots, high tops & trainers I wear, they have brought so much relief & the only time I'm bothered with Plantar now is IF I dont wear them.Birkenstock type sandals help for me in warmer months too.Have recommended to friends & they find them fabulous, even in steel topped work boots!!!1 tip I will give is I am a size 6, but now i ALWAYS buy size 7, so that the insole fits into the boots/trainers & my feet are really comfortable, the insoles are quite thick in the heal/arch area, but I believe this is to give the foot the support it needs when suffering Plantar, so 1 size up in your shoe size, you will find your whole foot is very comfortable & no 'tightness' which can occur when you purchase your true size footwear with the insole being thicker in heel area.I would only ever buy this make of insole as believe the full size Pro ll wellbeing insole to be the best on the market & believe me, I have tried everything. It is not an overnight fix, but persevere and after 1 month if NOT before you will find so much relief from the agony of Plantar Fascitis. It's easier having multiple pairs then you do not need to remember to take out & place back into another set of footwear & they do wash really well on 30°.

Mediocre insoles
These insoles were comportable and provided good support but wore out within a few weeks before having any impact on my plantar fasciitis.

Comfortable fit and reduce pain!
Walking in trainers is now way less painful so makes dog walks enjoyable again! Have plantar fasciitis so the insoles are really helping. Haven’t tried them in other shoes yet but sure they’ll be just as good in boots.

Great! Don't let the top review put you off!
Remember, everyone's body is different. You simply cannot have a design to suit every person's foot profile. It is not the fault of the insole if they don't work for you.Came back to buy some more pairs as I'm so pleased with them and felt compelled to leave my own opinion, when I saw the top review.I'm really pleased with these for the money. Spend hours in work boots on site every day, these have made my boots a dream! Straightened out my hip-knee-ankle alignment more than I was expecting they would. As a result, I no longer have the aches and pains in my shins, knees and lower back, like previously. If you're not 100%, just buy one pair for £8 or whatever it is and give them a shot for a couple of days. If they don't work for you, at least you're not hugely out of pocket.
