BBQube Heat Deflector/Drip pan for Akorn Kamado Jr. Charcoal Grill

Compared to a lot of the stone deflectors this is great value for money. And it came as a pack of 3 which I wasn't expecting.

Doesn't fit my mini Komodo so unfortunately a waste of money for me

Al principio dudaba mucho si sería compatible con el kamado joe, pero ajusta a la perfección, le cabe una charola para recuperar los jugos de la carne. Recomiendo envolverla en papel aluminio antes de exponerla al fuego para que se vea siempre limpia

This deflector plate for my Akorn Junior charcoal BBQ protects whatever you're cooking from direct heat from the coals. It works fine but it is fairly exy for what is just a shaped, light (about 1.2mm) thickness stainless steel plate with some bends. So consider this before buying but it does the job & is going to outlast the cooker.

This diffuser works well with or without a water/drip pan.If using a water pan, leave the top hatch open to allow the device to evaporate any remaining condensation.I also purchased a smoking stone but have not used it yet.
