Windows 10 Pro, Excellent loaded device
I bought mine in Apr 2023 before I went to Germany. It's a nice size to fit in my backpack, no problem in Customs. I have not had one issue. Upgrade to Windows 11 Pro was no issue. I love all the different ports. I'm 100% happy with this device, I'd buy it again.

Blue screen SSD not accessible after 2 months
For the first month (within Amazon's return window) it worked great, fast and just what I wanted. About 2 weeks ago we've noticed some strange behavior and right after it came up with a windows stop code error for inaccessible boot device. Automatic repair does not work as well as all other options, such as using an external device with windows 11 bootable installed. All other options for repairing or even resetting the laptop do not work either. BIOS shows the NVMe SSD 500GB as its storage devices but it is not accessible. It is very disapointing that Amazon does not give the option of returning and exchanging for a new one, same specs. A machine that costs about 1.2K must be operational for more than 2 months. I hope I can get some support from ASUS. I've bougth in the U.S. but live in Brazil and local ASUS say they cannot help in these situations. So, I just recommend to WATCH OUT for this particular machine. I've other 2 ASUS laptop that are great, I did not even think about buying another brand and I wish this issue can be solved somehow.

Problems with many of these - I suggest avoiding them.
We purchased six of these over a several month period - generally happy with ASUS products so thought the business-grade "ExpertBook" would be good for our organization. They actually turned out to be the most problematic laptops we've ever dealt with, and all were decommissioned in 12-15 months. I like ASUS as a company, but would never risk the ExpertBook series again.

ExpertBook Laptop Died within 30 days
Used for about 2 weeks for business and in the middle of the day locked up and would not POST anymore. Contacted ASUS and they said to send it to them for service. Wasn't interested in having a new laptop returned as repaired and waiting a week so I still had time to send back to Amazon.Charged 20% restocking fee for DOA laptop
