Taste great, but it's hard to mix...
This coffee creamer is really tasty. It gives your coffee a nice creamy texture. But I'm going to have agree with the other reviewers. It's very difficult to mix and blend. You might not want to take this extra step, but I do. I will take a little bit of milk, then add some of the creamer; put it in a blender; then I will all mixed it up; then pour a little bit of the mixed blend in my coffee. I will store the rest, and put it in the refrigerator until I'm ready for another cup. To me... This is the best way to use this product. If you just use the powder in your hot coffee, it kind of works like flourr when you're trying to make gravy. If you don't mix it with some kind of liquid or butter, it's going to clump up on you. And this is what this creamer does. You going to see a lot of clumps in your coffee. So again...my solution was to just add a little milk to the blender, add the powdered creamer, then blend. Afterwards... I poured what I wanted into my coffee, and then stored the rest in the refrigerator. If you're a regular coffee or tea drinker, you'll use it up pretty quickly.I took one star away; because of the difficulty of mixing the powder.

Mixes will in hot coffee
I like this creamer a lot. Would purchase again. Costco stopped selling Liard Hamilton so I needed something else. This fits the bill!

Great taste
This creamer is much better than some of the others since it does not have any sugar or foul tasting sugar substitute.

I was pleasantly surprised.
The media could not be loaded. We are big coffee drinkers in our house and try to follow a low carb diet. So finding good coffee creamers that are shelf stable is hard. Most are pricey, yes like this one, but most also taste awful or leave your coffee so oily and not very cream. So honestly I grabbed this one with less than a small hope it was good. But thankfully after giving this a try in our coffee the last several mornings my husband and I are both surprised and happy that we took a chance. The powder mixes in amazingly well with our little battery operated coffee frother but with a spoon it does take a little more effort to stir it in well. Not a deal breakers just something to note if you don’t have a little electric whisk. The creamer has a nice rich mouth feel and creamy taste. For those that might work it tastes like coconut it does not have even the slightest coconut flavor. We do use a couple of big tablespoons in ours so we’ll go through it fast but that is just us and our heavy hand. Yes, it is expensive for the amount you get but I’ve seen higher prices on brands we didn’t enjoy so we will be reordering this one again.

Tasted pretty good but made me SICK
I usually have a "cast-iron stomach" but this literally made me feel sick and enervated. And it wasn't just a "passing thing"... for HOURS!As per some of the other 1 star reviews (which I wish I had read) I think it was from the chemical additives such as Sodium Tripolyphosphate, which I recently Googled and is said to cause health problems. How wonderful that they knowingly poison us like this! --- "There Oughta Be a Law!"At first I liked what it did for my coffee as an alternative when out of Half & Half. It reminded me of the even more chemically laden Coffee-mate types that would always be available at work as an only resort. But even THEY would never make me feel THIS awful.I originally thought I was just having a really "off" day, but when I tried this powder the very next morning I got sick again, so I threw this "Keto" POISON in the trash where it belongs. What a waste of money!

Better than putting coconut oil in coffee
I have tried adding spoonfuls of coconut oil to my coffee. This was ok but always had issue with oil just staying on top. This MCT creamer is liIn the form of a powder. You mix it in and it disperses throughout the coffee rather than just sitting on top. For this reason I like it better than just plain coconut oil. This powder also works like a coffee creamer and creams the coffee so you don't need to add milk. It dissolved well. It looks like a white powder but you can tell there is oil because it holds it shape a little. It is fairly tasteless, in otherwords no strange after taste to coffee, ect
