This works. Really works. Regular elimination is achieved. Haven't experienced any bloating since I have used it religiously.

Incredible change from the first day I started these. I have had gut disbyosis for a few years and have been doing everything to heal my gut and I was looking for a new pro biotic to continue on my path to better health and digestion. I would advise to start low, as per the recommendations on the packaging. I started to high and sent my adrenals in to over drive. These help me to be more regular and the decreased the bloating a lot. I have used several probiotics and very few have had the effect that these have. I like to change around and will use Chris Kressers in a month or two. Nothing like a bit of variety.

I have been using these as course of treatments for over 10 years now on a recommendation from my nutritional therapist. They really are the best and work 👌🏼 They act like a broom to sweep out the debris from your digestive system and rebalance your gut, leaving no bloating and a very comfortable stomach. Highly highly recommend 100%

I suffer from severe IBS D and i have tried probably about 20 or 30 different brands, all the major brands VSL3, symprove, prescript assist, out of all the probiotics out there, i have seen the best results with this one without a doubt and have been continuously using this supplement for a couple of years now. Everyone is different but definitely worth a try. i did not cure me but if most definitely helped make things more regular.

I have been taking these on and off for approx two years and consistently for about 5 months now. They have made a huge improvement to my gut health and I feel generally much better for taking them. They are expensive when you consider you have to take six capsules for 2/3 months at first (meaning a pot of 60 only lasts 10 days!!!!) However I think they are well worth the money and I shall continue to take them.

Don't think it did much for me. Didn't take all of the tablets.
