Smiffys Tulle Petticoat, White , Fever Tutu's & Petticoats Fancy Dress, Fever Dress Up Accessories

I absolutely love this petticoat - it's just what I've been looking for to add enough fullness under a short flared skirt without being too obvious like a tutu. It is 11 inches long from waist to hem and has a fine ribbon drawstring in the waist so it would fit most people and this helps to position it so it sits at the desired height around your waist or hips. I wanted to accentuate the contrast between my waist and hips/bottom to give a pronounced hourglass shape, and it does this perfectly! I tried it with a tight corset and short full black skirt, and wore it as a surprise for my husband last night, and I could tell that it really excited him - he couldn't stop glancing at my skirt, wondering how I had suddenly become so shapely!It's really good value and well made, with just enough layers of stiff net to give good shape, and a nice silky slip so it's not scratchy. I recommend this if you want to achieve a retro 1950s look, but with the sexiness of a shorter skirt.

Picture of tutu is decieving compared to the actual item as looks longer in picture. But fast delivery,came before estimated delivery date.

Wasn't anything like the pictureWaistband was black and petticoat different so unable to wear for the fancy dress outfit but kept it as was cheap, gave it to daughter for dressing up box instead
