Not very long, but it does depend how often you take it.

Is this good for acid reflux?

I do suffer from acid reflux, and although i find the product excellent for stomach and IBS it doesn't really help too much with reflux. Though i can recommend looking at Alkaline diet for that!

This product is not really designed to address skin issues, but can be useful for IBS, digestive and acidity issues. For skin problems i suggest a plant based diet with plenty of fruit as well as organic vegetable juicing and omega 3 hemp/flax seed oil consumption. Hope this helps
