I am so very happy with this steam mop. First the price caught my eye, then the reviews and the look of it. I have just opened it and it was packaged very well. It was very easy to put together. It comes with 2 washable pads and a water jug. We added the water and waited 30 secs then the steam starts to work. It's very easy to push around, it glides along the floor and you can see the difference straight away and it doesn't leave the floor damp it's dry in minutes. I also bought steam detergent in cotton and added to the water and my rooms smell amazing. It was really enjoyable cleaning the floors without any effort. Amazing. You definitely need one. 5*

Very easy to use, lightweight product which heats up quickly, 30 seconds! Used on my kitchen floor and hallway which I usually use floor wipes on and it lifted more dirt! Washed the pad after use. Floor dried very fast, no excess water. Stores easily in upright position. Make sure to empty any residual water after use. Excellent product.

Budget price steamer. Easy to put together and light weight. Heats upto steam quickly. Does a good job and floor looked clean afterwards. Necessary to hoover floor first or any loose debris just gets pushed around.

The media could not be loaded. This is my first time using a steam mop. It's very easy to use - I filled it up with filtered water, turned it on and off I go! I couldn't believe how dirty my floors were after using a mop and bucket for years. This steam mop is perfect for weekly cleaning. I'll also buy a cheap microfibre mop to use for spills and quick cleaning. Very satisfied with this purchase!

I recently purchased the Russell Hobbs RHSM1001-G Steam and Clean Steam Mop in White & Aqua, and unfortunately, my experience with this product was disappointing. Despite the appealing promise of a free 2-year guarantee, I found several issues that ultimately led me to return the mop.Firstly, the steam mop's performance was subpar. It struggled to effectively clean even moderately dirty floors, leaving streaks and patches behind. The steam output was inconsistent, which made it difficult to achieve a thorough clean. Additionally, the mop head seemed to dry out quickly, necessitating frequent pauses to re-soak the pad.The build quality also left much to be desired. The handle felt flimsy and not very durable, making it uncomfortable to use for extended periods. The water tank was smaller than expected, requiring frequent refills, which disrupted the cleaning process.I also found the design to be somewhat awkward. The mop was difficult to maneuver around tight spaces and under furniture, limiting its practicality in a typical household setting.Given these issues, I decided to return the steam mop. While I appreciate the 2-year guarantee, I was hoping for a more reliable and efficient product from Russell Hobbs. I would not recommend this steam mop to others based on my experience.

I had this steamer for 6 years before it gave up and that's why I bought the same one again, it is excellent, the pads have improved as in thicker but the the only problem is the water jug which has changed in 6 years, the jug is too big and has a wide spout so you get more water out than in when filling the tank,luckily I have the old one which fills without spills.other than that it is excellent for the price and the cleaning power is so good.

When I first brought this product it arrived but It didn’t work as it should it was leaking and overheating so I arranged for a replacement which was here within days and now the new one works perfectly im very happy with the prompt response and ease of replacement I would highly recommend great price too
