Aquarium Light –3rd Generation A029 Aquarium LED Light 30 Watts with Touch Control, 5W LED Chips for Coral Reef Nano Fish Tank Marine Tanks with Timer & Screen (A029)

Bought this as a replacement for faulty AI Prime lights.....and I wasn't disapointed. For £80 it is well worth the money. Programming is easy, turn on the light at the time you want dawn to start, choose timer, set the LED power levels....and that is it. Dawn/dusk is set at 30 minutes, the lights increase/decrease in strength during that time to/from the maximum power that you set. I am using mine on a 90cm x 60cm x 50cm tank and the light from one light illuminates 80% of the tank with ease. It has made my red tipped anemones fatten up, and compliments my two AI Primes perfectly. When my Primes die, I'm buying one or two more of these. The fans are well made, the lights give a great shimmer....I'm delighted. Recommended.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been researching so much about Reef lighting and a lot of the other brands are anywhere from £350-£600 per light. These lights were way more affordable and offer just as good lighting as the higher end brands, they also have a timer function albeit a simple one but useful to have the lights automated. They’re very powerful lights I’ve got them at 20% W & 40% B but will slowly be raising them as I introduce corals. Will be updating with how they’ve done at coral growth.

It broke after a couple of months kept shorting out then completely died which could been a disaster on my marine lucky for my fish it was only additional light to compliment my corals with my very expensive full spectrum marine light .

This lamp is simply amazing! Same as well known competitors but for 25% of the price!I am simply blown away by its quality and power!One of the best buys in last few years and I am in fishkeeping for more than a decade.Extremely highly recommending!Edit: 2.5 months later and still super happy! I was looking for a good light for my Nano reef tank on a budget, safe to say this light surpassed my expectations, at 16 inch depth on 20% white and 80% blue i get a par reading of 80 in the furthest corner from the light. Very powerful and great spectrum. Has a cooling fan on top which is silent always a bonus. My only gripe is the timer which is why I have given it 4☆. Timer can only be set to specific hours and can't be custom, one timer for all lights, would be nice if seperate timer for whites and blues. Overall excellent light for the price. Does what I need it to do.

I have been running this light for a few months and it is doing really well. Very deep blues and the corals are reacting well. It's actually better than other branded lights I have used in the past.

I've left this a few weeks before doing a review (which I don't usually do) but thus light is absolutely fantastic and is as good as branded lights which are 3x the price!Great for corals and marine fish, easy to set up and use! 10/10
